ROYCE' Chocolate at TriNoma Mall

ROYCE' Chocolate is a Japanese company that started in 1983 at Sapporo. From then on, they now have branches in Canada, USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Brunei, Indonesia, Russia, Taiwan, South Korea, India, UAE, and here in the Philippines. ROYCE' Chocolate Philippines opened its first shop in December 2008 at Power Plant Mall in Rockwell Center, they now have a total of seven branches including this one in TriNoma Mall. ROYCE' TriNoma branch is located at the Level 3 (Mindanao Side) and it's near at one of the escalators.

Mommy Mundo Expo Mom North 2017 was held last weekend July 15-16, 2017 at the TriNoma Activity Center. Expo Mom is an event for modern moms and families.

Red Mango Frozen Yogurt

Red Mango offers all natural and non-fat frozen yogurt. They only have two flavors of froyo (frozen yogurt), the Original and Green Tea. You can enjoy the Red Mango's Original Froyo for ₱90 small, ₱130 medium, ₱170 large, and ₱260 for family size. While, Red Mango's Green Tea Froyo price is ₱5 higher than the Original. The one that I got was a combination of Original Froyo and Green Tea Froyo in small size and costs ₱95. I love it, it's not sweet, a bit sour, the green tea froyo is not that overpowering, it's perfect!!! FYI, it melts quickly!!! You can also add toppings for ₱20 each, they have fresh fruits such as peaches, kiwi, blueberry, watermelon; cereals, nuts, granola, muesli, choco chips, fudge brownie, honey, oreo crumbs, red beans, caramel shell, and many more.

Petron Lakbay Alalay Fun Run... Go Go Go!

My first ever fun run singlet, simple and pretty! This is my first time to join a fun run, although jogging is one of my sports. The two reasons that urge me to join Petron Lakbay Alalay Fun Run are the venue (Ortigas Center, Pasig City) is much accessible from our residence compared to other fun run venues and the registration fee (3K–Php200.00, 5K–Php300.00, 10K–Php400.00) is way more affordable than the others. The registration fees are all inclusive of singlet, race bib with timer, race route, and all runners will be getting a finisher's kit.

Lovely Dinner at Italianni's Restaurant

What a beautiful and appetizing pasta from Italianni's! Spaghetti Vongole is their new pasta dish, sautéed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and white wine with overflowing fresh clams. A regular order costs 495.00php or $11.

Conti's Mango Cheesecake

My Conti's Birthday Cake!!! Cream cheese mixed with mango on graham crust and topped with rice mangoes. I prefer this cheesecake compared to other fruit-flavored cheesecake. Soft, silky and delightful cream cheese mixed with mangoes, look at the photo above, the cream cheese is lightly yellow and when you eat it you'll recognize some mango strands. Mango Cheesecake costs 465.00php or $11.07.

Conti's Pastry Shop and Restaurant

I want to have a new and cool birthday cake, so I went to Conti's to check what they have. Their Best-Seller cake is Mango Bravo, it's really unique and very yummy but I want to taste a different one.

There are a lot of customers at Conti's when we came, there are two lines actually. The images below are not showing many people because the restaurant has many seats at their waiting area.

My Birthday Lunch at Bonchon Chicken

Bonchon Chicken is a Korean-style fried chicken restaurant, it features wings and drumsticks fried slowly so the skin puffs very crispy while the meat remains moist and painted with hot & spicy or soy garlic glaze. It's a really nice birthday treat for me! Yum Yum Yum!!! I had Hot & Spicy 4-piece Wings with Rice for 145.00php while Adelbert ordered for Bulgogi Rice for 145.00php and Kimchi Coleslaw which is 45.00php. Chicken Wings is absolutely really crispy, you can't imagine how crispy it is and the meat is still moist and juicy!!! It's fried twice and less greasy than the traditional fried chicken we all grew up with. I tasted Bulgogi Rice as well, it's beef, saucy and sweet, tender and very Asian in taste. The Kimchi Coleslaw is a good side dish with Bonchon Chicken.

Golden Spoon's Frozen Yogurt

My first time to try Frozen Yogurt... So it should be the best... I think :) My sister recommends this frozen yogurt store to me at Trinoma Mall. Golden Spoon's tagline, "The Ice Cream Lover's Yogurt!" let me taste and judge it! Chocolate it my favorite, so I choose Belgian Chocolate flavor frozen yogurt and the size is Small cup. Hmmm it takes time for me to choose the perfect topping for my froyo... At the end I choose Mallow Creme hot topping... And whala the finished product is the image above.

Carbonara of Five Cows Resto and Ice Cream Bar

Five Cows' Creamy Carbonara

White sauce based pastas are not really my favorite, but I appreciate it. I dine alone at Five Cows Resto and Ice Cream Bar at Trinoma Mall one Saturday evening after attending a blogger event at SM North. Creamy and classic Carbonara Pasta I must say! A bed of spaghetti pasta (not so firm but not that soggy) mixed with creamy carbonara sauce with lots of mushrooms, bacon, and ham slices; topped with parsley and overflowing mozzarella cheese; and served with two wheat bread slices.

Thirst Quenchers from Fish & Co.

One thing I like about Fish & Co. restaurant is their "Fish Quenchers!" I miss those cool new flavors of shakes that they offer especially nowadays, the weather is so hot and humid! A Must-Try from Fish & Co., I recommend these drinks!

Fish & Chips, Fish & Co.'s signature dish! I've been wanting to try this, and there I was sitting at the Fish & Co. Restaurant at Trinoma Mall. :)

After we had a movie, we decided to take our late lunch at Fish & Co. located at the fourth floor of Trinoma. The interior of the place is gorgeous, lots of fish decors hanging on the walls, they a have semi open kitchen, totally a cool place to stay.

Kim Hyun Joong in Manila

Korean actor Kim Hyun Joong a.k.a Ji Hoo Yoon of Boys Over Flowers and Jelo Baek of Playful Kiss is promoting his first solo album. I love his character in Playful Kiss! He will be having an Asian Tour, he'll be going to Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia and Philippines. So Filipino fans be ready to meet him in person.

Kim Hyun Joong will have his promo tour on 25 Aug 2011 6pm at Trinoma Mall Activity Center. This is the second time that he will visit the Philippines.

By the way, I've read somewhere that he has a girlfriend for the past five months, I'm not quite sure if this is true tough.

Jamaican Patty Snack

One of my all time favorite snack, I can eat two of this in one sitting! Quite far nga lang sa area namin yun mga branches so we get a taste of it rarely. It was way back 2006 when I first tried this popular snack, my co-worker Benjo suggested that he can bought us Jamaican Patty on his way at the office. We had Beef Pinatubo Patty, it was very savory, the beef is tender, and wicked hot & spicy of course that's why it's named "Pinatubo" an active volcano that has the record of the largest eruption in living memory. Once tried your taste buds will never forget how it taste.

Saturday afternoon after having a movie at Trinoma Mall I bought a box of Jamaican Patty to bring home. Jamaican Pattie Shop & Juice Bar is located at Trinoma Cinema Level.

Gelato Flavors

Can't get enough of Gelatissimo? I think I need to taste all the flavors they offer. So what we have here are Chocolate Chip Gelato and Mango Tango with Hot Nutella Gelato. I know it's a bit expensive, but lucky for me I got those two scoops for the price of one!

I got discount coupons from Trinoma Cinema tickets, "Gelatissimo buy one scoop and get one free," so nice! Every time you watch a movie at Trinoma check your tickets, surely you'll have discount coupons from one to three restaurants or establishments such as Fish & Co., Gelatissimo, Timezone and more.

Going back to this luscious cold dessert...

First stop, Mango Tango with Hot Nutella Gelato in cone: the combination of fruity & tangy mango and sweet Nutella (Ferrero's hazelnut-flavored spread) is awesome, you might get another scoop! The wafer cone is very crispy and delicious, different from the one we get from grocery stores.

Sunday Lakwatsa pt. 2 - Harry Potter Movie Tickets & Gelatissimo

After we had lunch at Kamay Kainan, me and my sister headed to Trinoma Cinema to pay for the Harry Potter movie tickets that I reserved online thru www.SureSeats.com. To my surprise Trinoma Cinema now offers advance movie tickets for the last installment of Harry Potter and there are a lot of people early reserving for their tickets.

We go directly to the online reservation lane and surrendered the e-ticket that we printed couple of days ago. The teller then gives us our real movie tickets after paying the right amount. As usual the tickets has discount coupons of some resto, what we have is for Gelatissimo and Fish & Co.

'Gelatissimo Buy one scoop and get one absolutely free,' my sister had a big smile on her face and said we should avail the discount. We take some pictures with Harry Potter before going to Gelatissimo:

Sunday Lakwatsa pt. 1 - Dine @ Kamay Kainan

Yesterday, Sunday lunch time I fetch my younger sister from her UPCAT review at Commonwealth Ave. We decided to go to Trinoma Mall to have our lunch and make a payment for the Harry Potter movie tickets which I reserved online.

We had lunch at Kamay Kainan, first level of Trinoma Mall. It's jam packed with customers, mostly group of families were gathered and restaurant's staff were very busy serving and helping guests. The surrounding is very noisy, guests laughing and chitchatting all the way, you can also hear the staff talking and even shouting a little to one another and utensils, plates and glasses are click clanking.

One Pure Double Chocolate Please!

It's my first time to try The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. After our overflowing dinner of pasta and pizza, my sweet tooth is craving for something sweet and light. 

Pure Double Chocolate Ice Blended drink is rich and creamy. Double Chocolate Powder blended with ice and non-fat milk. Very chocolate-y goodness!

The cost? 135.00php for a regular order.
