Selecta Matcha Ice Cream is one of the most delicious ice ream I've ever tasted. You can taste the Matcha very well, the texture is very creamy and the sweetness is just perfectly fine. It is so addictive, as a Matcha addict I am very happy that Selecta create something like this, good job Selecta!

Nathaniel's Buko Pandan Salad

The most delicious buko pandan salad that I've ever tasted is Nathaniel's Buko Pandan Salad! It's an ice cream-like dessert that has coconut meat, cream or milk, and jelly cubes with pandan leaves essence. Simple and few ingredients but extremely yummy that is why all Filipinos love it!

FNC-Nathaniel's Food Corporation or simply Nathaniel's was founded in 1994 in San Fernando City, Pampanga by Mrs. Nelly Co. Their famous products are Buko Pandan Salad, Puto Pao, Pork Siomai, Pancit Palabok, and Buko Panda Juice. They also serve pastries, cakes like Nathaniel's Custard Cake, kakanin or rice cakes, rice meals, noodles/pasta dishes, and merienda or snack items.

We were in the talk of the town McDonald's branch in Tagaytay City when we tried their McFlurry with Oreo Matcha. Oreo Matcha Sundae plus the Taal Volcano view is just relaxing! They're right in saying that McDonald's Tagaytay is splendid, the view and fixtures were stunning. However, it was Bonifacio Day when went so the place is extremely crowded.

Red Mango Frozen Yogurt

Red Mango offers all natural and non-fat frozen yogurt. They only have two flavors of froyo (frozen yogurt), the Original and Green Tea. You can enjoy the Red Mango's Original Froyo for ₱90 small, ₱130 medium, ₱170 large, and ₱260 for family size. While, Red Mango's Green Tea Froyo price is ₱5 higher than the Original. The one that I got was a combination of Original Froyo and Green Tea Froyo in small size and costs ₱95. I love it, it's not sweet, a bit sour, the green tea froyo is not that overpowering, it's perfect!!! FYI, it melts quickly!!! You can also add toppings for ₱20 each, they have fresh fruits such as peaches, kiwi, blueberry, watermelon; cereals, nuts, granola, muesli, choco chips, fudge brownie, honey, oreo crumbs, red beans, caramel shell, and many more.

Binggrae is a popular Korean ice cream manufacturer, it is known around the globe. And one of their most popular products is Samanco Ice Cream Sandwich, I guess because of its unique shape, who wouldn't be fascinated in a fish-shaped ice cream. I have seen three flavors of Samanco here in the Philippines, Samanco Red Bean, Samanco Chocolate, and Samanco Strawberry. However, I only tasted two flavors.

Golden Spoon's Frozen Yogurt

My first time to try Frozen Yogurt... So it should be the best... I think :) My sister recommends this frozen yogurt store to me at Trinoma Mall. Golden Spoon's tagline, "The Ice Cream Lover's Yogurt!" let me taste and judge it! Chocolate it my favorite, so I choose Belgian Chocolate flavor frozen yogurt and the size is Small cup. Hmmm it takes time for me to choose the perfect topping for my froyo... At the end I choose Mallow Creme hot topping... And whala the finished product is the image above.

McDonald's Sundae Duo

At last I have tried McDonald's Sundae Duo!!! Their great sundae with a little twist, hot fudge and caramel sundae combined into one superb ice cream dessert that's very affordable. More serving of vanilla sundae atop with hot fudge and caramel in the center and this cost only ₱40.00 or $0.95!

Dairy Queen Bar and Sandwich

I'm a little behind because this is the first time I tried Dairy Queen's Dilly Bar. I'm a fan of their Blizzards and MooLattes.

Chocolate Chip Blizzard

Cool and sweet treat I had before the start of Incubus concert. Dairy Queen's Chocolate Chip Blizzard, bits of chocolate chip mixed with creamy and smooth soft serve. Blizzard's tag line "If it's not served upside down, its free!"

Gelato Flavors

Can't get enough of Gelatissimo? I think I need to taste all the flavors they offer. So what we have here are Chocolate Chip Gelato and Mango Tango with Hot Nutella Gelato. I know it's a bit expensive, but lucky for me I got those two scoops for the price of one!

I got discount coupons from Trinoma Cinema tickets, "Gelatissimo buy one scoop and get one free," so nice! Every time you watch a movie at Trinoma check your tickets, surely you'll have discount coupons from one to three restaurants or establishments such as Fish & Co., Gelatissimo, Timezone and more.

Going back to this luscious cold dessert...

First stop, Mango Tango with Hot Nutella Gelato in cone: the combination of fruity & tangy mango and sweet Nutella (Ferrero's hazelnut-flavored spread) is awesome, you might get another scoop! The wafer cone is very crispy and delicious, different from the one we get from grocery stores.

Sunday Lakwatsa pt. 2 - Harry Potter Movie Tickets & Gelatissimo

After we had lunch at Kamay Kainan, me and my sister headed to Trinoma Cinema to pay for the Harry Potter movie tickets that I reserved online thru www.SureSeats.com. To my surprise Trinoma Cinema now offers advance movie tickets for the last installment of Harry Potter and there are a lot of people early reserving for their tickets.

We go directly to the online reservation lane and surrendered the e-ticket that we printed couple of days ago. The teller then gives us our real movie tickets after paying the right amount. As usual the tickets has discount coupons of some resto, what we have is for Gelatissimo and Fish & Co.

'Gelatissimo Buy one scoop and get one absolutely free,' my sister had a big smile on her face and said we should avail the discount. We take some pictures with Harry Potter before going to Gelatissimo:

Il Mio Primo (My First) Gelato

Gelato? I've known this type of ice cream since 2006 from my previous work but never tasted it until last Monday, 13 June 2011. At last the long craving is finally over! Gelato, is an Italian frozen dessert, and it has under 10% fat and 25% air content.

With my aunt and sister I've tried my first gelato at Gelatissimo-The Real Taste of Italia Trinoma.

The place is so lovely, inviting, and comfortable. Red theme interior, Italian architecture & arts are designed on the walls, beautiful chandeliers, low lighting, and Italian music on the background completes the Italian feeling.
