Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice) from BonChon Chicken

BonChon Chicken Philippines now serves Bibimbap or Korean Mixed Rice, its called BonChon Bibimbowl! Bibimbap is one of my favorite Korean foods simply because it's a complete meal and full of flavor. Bibimbap is served in a bowl of warm rice topped with meat, seasoned vegetables, egg, and sauces.

BonChon Chicken Now Open at SM Fairview

The long wait is over, BonChon Chicken SM City Fairview branch opened today. It is located at 2/F (Cinema & Wellness Level) besides Starbucks Main Bldg. Taste an original Korean Fried Chicken that's super crispy and yummy! You can choose Soy Garlic of Spicy Glaze flavor for your chicken.

 Yippee there will be a nearby BonChon Chicken from our residence! BonChon Chicken will opens on May 1, 2012 at SM City Fairview, Level 2 besides Starbucks. I only tasted BonChon Chicken once because all branches are a bit far from our area. I'm very excited to dine-in at BonChon Chicken SM City Fairview!!!

My Birthday Lunch at Bonchon Chicken

Bonchon Chicken is a Korean-style fried chicken restaurant, it features wings and drumsticks fried slowly so the skin puffs very crispy while the meat remains moist and painted with hot & spicy or soy garlic glaze. It's a really nice birthday treat for me! Yum Yum Yum!!! I had Hot & Spicy 4-piece Wings with Rice for 145.00php while Adelbert ordered for Bulgogi Rice for 145.00php and Kimchi Coleslaw which is 45.00php. Chicken Wings is absolutely really crispy, you can't imagine how crispy it is and the meat is still moist and juicy!!! It's fried twice and less greasy than the traditional fried chicken we all grew up with. I tasted Bulgogi Rice as well, it's beef, saucy and sweet, tender and very Asian in taste. The Kimchi Coleslaw is a good side dish with Bonchon Chicken.
