Nathaniel's Custard Cake is very light, not too sweet and so yummy!!! Super light but not airy in texture chiffon cake topped with custard. A box of Nathaniel's Custard Cake cost ₱165.00 and contains 9 square mini cakes. Honestly I can murder three mini cakes in one sitting :)! Custard cake is perfect for dessert and snack time.
The good thing about Nathaniel's Custard Cake is the amount of chiffon and custard topping compliments each other and it has the right amount of sweetness. You will not say that the chiffon is thick or the custard is so little.
FNC-Nathaniel's Food Corporation started in 1994 in San Fernando Pampanga; I must say truly one of Pampanga's Best! Their best sellers are Buko Panda Salad which I already tasted and I will post it soon, the best Buko Pandan indeed; Puto Pao which I also love; and Nathaniel's Siomai which I will conquer soon!!!
Nathaniel's offers a lot of food varieties such as pastries, desserts, breads, pies, cakes, kakanin or rice cakes, rice meals, and pasta/noodles.
