Pho Hoa Noodle Soup Revisited

Pho Hoa is a Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant that offers traditional Pho. Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup that is made of broth, thin rice noodles, herbs, and meat which is either beef or chicken. My friend and I were craving for a hot steaming dish especially this rainy season. And our taste buds directed us to Pho Hoa Noodle Soup in SM City Fairview.

First stop is their Summer Roll or Goi Cuon is a fresh spring roll that you can order vegetarian style or with shrimp & pork and served with a peanut-based sauce, this costs 155.00. We opted for the shrimp & pork style, vegetables, vermicelli noodles, wrapped in rice paper. It's good, however I think it would be tastier if it has more vegetables and a bit less vermicelli. The peanut sauce is delectable!

Here is their Beef Flank Pho that costs 295.00, actually this is good for two persons if you have other dish than this one. The Flank Pho taste very good, it's simple, the ingredients complement one another, the broth is not overpowering, and the meat is tender and savory. The good thing is you can ask for additional broth or soup!!!

All their Pho is served with basil, bean sprouts, lemon wedge, Hoisin sauce which is a sweet bean paste, and Sriracha sauce which is very spicy. Flavor your soup by adding these vegetables into the broth.

Don't want to miss any of my post...?
