Yema Spread from Tooth Fairy

As a snack or dessert, you can't go wrong with Yema. Yema is a traditional Filipino sweet delicacy made of sweet condensed milk and egg yolks; some also add peanuts for flavoring. Yema and Dulce de Leche may differ in the cooking process but they were the same because its main ingredient is condensed milk. I am exuberant when I heard of Yema Spread, I quickly research it online and found about Tooth Fairy's Yema Spread.

As soon as I got home and put down my things, I grabbed this little bottle of sunshine and pop it! I was surprised that it was quite filled. Just looking at it makes me smile! The taste is perfect, it's creamy, and of course expect its sweetness, but not to the extent that it taste like sugar itself. The thickness of the Yema Spread is just right; it spreads smoothly to the bread. Yema Spread can be used in any type of bread like white bread, pandesal, bagels, pancakes, crackers, buns, rolls, waffles, biscuits, muffins, toasts; also in plain cupcakes, fruits, doughnut, puto, ice cream, and more. Top it, spread it, dip it! Consume it within a month after opening.

Based on the label, the ingredients are water, powdered skim milk, sugar, salt, and E202 (Potassium sorbate). It also have an allergen warning that it is made in a facility that processes nuts and dairy. Nutritional facts were: each serving size of 15g it contains Calories 45, Sodium 20mg, Carbohydrate 10g, Sugar 7g, Protein 1g, and Calcium 6%.
