SMDC Trees Residences is a mid-rise condominium in Quezon City. I think it's in year 2014 that SMDC developer started this condominium project.
Trees Residences is located at Novaliches, Quezon City wherein there are three big shopping malls in the area, probably it will take only 10-15 minutes walk. It's nearby places were Fairview, Lagro, Zabarte, and North Caloocan.
Their amenities include Function Rooms, Swimming Pools, Multi-purpose Court, and chic Lobby.
