Rocky Road Cake from Red Ribbon is a thumbs up for me! It's our first time to try this and it didn't disappoint us.

Probably the best or one of the best round cakes from Red Ribbon Bakeshop! As you all know, my all-time favorite cake from Red Ribbon is Chocolate Mousse. For my top 2 cake, I'm torn between Black Forest Cake and Tiramisu Meltdown Cake!

Red Ribbon Cookies and Cream Dedication Cake (READ BEFORE YOU BUY)

Vanilla and chocolate chiffon cake layers filled and covered with delightful cream and real Oreo cookie bits.

The price of the cake is 500 pesos only. 

In my honest opinion, the cake is very mediocre. It is too far from being great, the Chocolate Dedication Cake is much better (not the rainbow color inside). The cake is dry, you wouldn't even recognize that its flavor is cookies and cream if not for the Oreo cookies because it tastes like an ordinary cake that you can buy from a small bakery, there is no cookies and cream taste. I love Red Ribbon but this cake is a flop, the prize is too high for its quality. The design was good but there is nothing more to compliment other than that. I'm too disappointed because I've waited for so long just to buy this cake. 

Overall my grade for this is 1/5 stars. I love Red Ribbon but I'm just being honest so you won't waste your money for this cake.

Blogging World... I'm Back!

I've been very busy last couple of months because I had a lot of projects to deal with. I am a Home-based Freelancer Admin Support. Just keep visiting my blog 'coz I have loads of interesting topics to come :)

Last day of July, was my father's birthday. We just had a simple celebration at our home. We bought Red Ribbon Chocolate Mousse Cake which was our all- time favorite. Regular price of Red Ribbon Choco Mousse is 560.00php, but that day it was 20% discounted so I just paid for 448.00php. For our dinner, we bought Chop Suey, Pork Asado, and Pancit Canton-Bihon from the Chinese restaurant near our area, Dory's Restaurant.

The celebration was perfect... Kasi sobrang busog na busog kaming lahat... :)

Snack Time at Red Ribbon

One day after a tiring window shopping at the mall, my boyfriend and I searched for the best merienda or snack that we can eat. Pizza, Burgers and Spaghetti and other Pasta are our usual meal and I want something light and sweet for our snack time. Red Ribbon was our choice! Both of us ordered for Pancit Palabok and a slice of Dulce de Leche Cake for me. Red Ribbon's Pancit Palabok is outrageously delicious, it never disappoints me every time I eat it! Their Pancit Palabok uses bihon or bijon noodles which I like compared with the thick palabok noodles, the texture of the sauce is just right, it has many toppings like chicharon, chicken pieces, shrimps, hard-boiled eggs sprinkled with onion leaves, and served with calamansi. Yum yum yum!!! It's very delicious, flavorful, all ingredients compliments with one another and it's worth your money!

My Favorite Red Ribbon Cake

Red Ribbon has many cakes and rolls that we can choose from but their Chocolate Mousse Cake is my ultimate favorite!!! The base is a chocolate cake, lined with very luscious and delectable chocolate mousse and extraordinarily smooth cream with chocolate chips on top. Chocolate Mousse Cake is heaven!!!

Heavenly Triple Chocolate Roll

I know it's very chocolatety, luscious and sinful! Chocolate lovers will surely enjoy this great cake roll offered by Red Ribbon Bakeshop. A regular cake roll size that you can enjoy at 299.00php or 195.00php for a half roll.

Red Ribbon Mocha Choco Crumble Birthday Cake

It's my sister's 23rd Birthday and Mocha Choco Crumble Cake from Red Ribbon is her birthday cake! Mocha cake is Lenny's (my sister's nickname) favorite that's why I bought this treat for her! Mocha Choco Crumble Cake is made up of layers of chiffon cake, bits crunchy chocolate crumble, oozing rich mocha cream, the base is crunchy chocolate crumble made out of rice crispies I think, and topped with chocolate and mocha creme.
