Who doesn't love sweets..? Most Filipinos loves sweet foods, whether its desserts, cool beverage or even in entree dishes (like Pork Humba or Beef Pares). We crave for sugar!
When we travel we experience the culture, eat sumptuous and local food, and of course take home a little bit of that place. We never go home without a Pasalubong!
I have here some Pasalubong from Negros Occidental Province which is known as the Sugarbowl of the Philippines because it produces more than half of our country's sugar and its capital is Bacolod City.
