Pink Anne Seafood Delight's California Maki

Who doesn't love or crave for California Maki? Sweet, savory, refreshing and filling food literally rolled into one. What's not to love?

A California Maki Platter from Pink Anne Seafood Delight (The Original Maki Store in Fairview since 2012). It's my first time to try Pink Anne's California Maki and it doesn't disappoint me. I ordered it via their Facebook Page, they're fast to respond. It's for my son's 11th Month Birthday along with a simple cake which I will post next.

What I really love about this California Maki are the mangoes and the Japanese mayonnaise. The mangoes are really good quality and sweet. While the Japanese mayo is aunthentic and a lot. It has the right amount of tobiko, the sushi rice is really good, and it has wasabi, soy sauce, kalamansi and chopsticks on the side, so you can eat it anywhere on the go.

Del Monte White Grape Juice Drink

Sweet, a little zesty, and refreshing... That's Del Monte White Grape flavored juice drink. You might be thinking that it taste more on the sour slash tart side, actually it's not, it's really sweet and somewhat taste like apple juice.

Pink Sisters Adoration Convent of Divine Mercy in Tagaytay City

We visited the Pink Sister Servants of the Holy Spirit of Perpetual Adoration during our day tour in Tagaytay City. It's one of the many and famous churches in Tagaytay City. It was a Sunday morning and we we're there as early as 7 a.m.; the place has a decent parking area that I think can accommodate more than 150 cars. There were a lot of attendees given that it's a Sunday, the chapel was full packed, and during the mass you can't stay or stand in the aisles. There were plastic seats lined outside the chapel to accommodate more mass goers. The place was so serene, peaceful, and relaxing. The chapel's altar was barricaded with iron grilles; you cannot go beyond the grilles.

Turon, My Early Merienda

Banana Turon

Yum yum yum!!! Delicious turon for my merienda! My father just got home after he accompany my sister to her school and he bought this very inexpensive snack and his favorite as well. Turon or Banana Lumpia is made of sliced saba bananas, a thinly sliced jackfruit and brown sugar rolled in a lumpia wrapper, then fried until golden brown. These turon costs 5.00php each, really inexpensive snack or dessert but amazingly yummy!!!
