Best Adobo in Town: Adobo Connection

Sulit and masarap, that's how I describe Adobo Connection. Adobo Connection is a restaurant chain that specializes Adobo (a very popular Filipino dish, meat in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf and garlic) and serves variety of it.

Adobo Flakes (image above) is a very nice treat to all. Shredded pork meat adobo that just taste right, a bit crispy and absolutely delicious. It is served with rice and a sunny side up egg, price is only 99.00php or $2.40. This meal is one of the Kanin All U Can Meals, so you can get unlimited serving of rice. Carb overload :)

Fish and Tofu Adobo with rice, also one of the Kanin All U Can Meals, price is 99.00php or $2.40. Chunks of tofu and Cream Dory in adobo sauce topped with spring onions. I definitely love this dish, it is savory, a bit sweet and has lots of serving, and actually two can share the dish.

Gising-gising is a spicy side dish, Baguio beans or green beans sauteed with ground pork and fresh siling labuyo or cayenne pepper with coconut milk. For me it's not that so spicy, the beans are very fresh and perfect side dish for Abodo Flakes, price is 29.00php or $.70.

That's me and my best friend Arcelie after we enjoyed our meals at Adobo Connection SM City Fairview.  Adobo Connection not only offers delish food and affordable meals, it's a great place to eat, you'll feel that you are just dining at your own home and the crew are all nice.
