My Conti's Birthday Cake!!! Cream cheese mixed with mango on graham crust and topped with rice mangoes. I prefer this cheesecake compared to other fruit-flavored cheesecake. Soft, silky and delightful cream cheese mixed with mangoes, look at the photo above, the cream cheese is lightly yellow and when you eat it you'll recognize some mango strands.
